Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Alistair, who provided a delightful cake - a nice personal touch that made us feel at home. The cottage itself is spacious, with tasteful presentations and lovely views of the open countryside, giving you that refreshing sense of peace that I often crave as a marine biologist. The fully-equipped kitchen was particularly useful for preparing meals, and we enjoyed some downtime in the cozy sitting area, complete with books, DVDs, and games to keep everyone entertained. With free Wi-Fi and a washing machine, the conveniences felt like home without sacrificing charm. the garden area is perfect for kids and pets - a plus for families traveling with furry companions. Stables Cottage offers a comfortable stay at a reasonable price, ideal for those looking to unwind while enjoying the serene beauty of the surroundings. I'd certainly consider returning!
